About NovaTek Business Solutions
NovaTek Business Solutions Inc is a South Florida software company founded in 2026 by Johnny Jean-Baptiste. It builds practical, affordable tools that help small businesses and everyday people use artificial intelligence, in the languages they actually speak: English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
What NovaTek makes
- NovaTek AI: an all-in-one small business app with customer management (CRM), quotes, invoices with payment links, expenses, financial reports and AI-assisted follow-ups. It works on phone and desktop, with offline continuity. Free 7-day trial, no card required.
- Guides and resources: Get Paid Faster and free payment reminder templates for small businesses.
- The book: From Rural Haiti to AI: How Claude, ChatGPT and AI Assistants Can Change Your Life and Your Business by Johnny Jean-Baptiste, published by NovaTek Business Solutions in English and French (October 2026).
Our founder
Johnny Jean-Baptiste grew up in Gaspard, a village without electricity in northwest Haiti. He came to Florida in 2004, learned English at 35, and earned three bachelor's degrees at Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. A former banker with JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, he brings more than a decade of experience teaching financial management at Palm Beach State College. He speaks English, French and Haitian Creole, and he started NovaTek so that small business owners, including immigrant entrepreneurs, can use the same AI tools as large companies.
In the news
- Palm Beach State College News (October 19, 2026), by Bryanna Basilio: “More than a Memoir: PBSC Professor Pairs Life Lessons with AI in New Book.” The article notes that Jean-Baptiste “runs NovaTek Business Solutions, developing AI-powered tools that help small-business owners manage their operations and individuals understand complex documents.”
Who we serve
Small businesses, freelancers and service providers across the United States, with a special focus on South Florida and on Haitian, Caribbean and French-speaking business owners who want software and support in their own language.
